End Obesity In America
Here's a diet that can save America from obesity. Each meal consists of 4 slices of Gardenia Wholegrain bread, half a can of Ayam Brand tuna (Chunks in Water/Olive Oil), and an apple. Make sure you drink water every 60-90 minutes. It's very important to stay hydrated to keep burning fat. If you're too lazy to chew, you can dip the bread in warm water, and swallow it (similar to Nathan's Hotdog technique). Instead of binging on one meal, eat 5-7 smaller meals a day. If u live in a high-rise building (or near one), you can climb the stairs for an effective, free-of-charge workout. And get enough sleep every night.
